- Plastic polymers are melted with Wood granules.
- Once liquified, lightweight wood granules reach the inner core of the block and the Plastic polymer reach the outer core to form a fine blend.
- Then these Molten Mixture is given the required heat treatment resulting it to form Wood Plastic Composite.
- These Wood Plastic Composite then extracted through molds at high temperatures to form required shape.
- Then it’s cooled at a controlled environment.
